An important sector in big data projects should have the user's purpose and goals. Establishing KPIs for organizations that utilize big data and selecting tasks for achieving KPIs are not easy. This is because it may or may not be consistent with the existing KPIs of the members. The acceptability of the organization is also an important issue when presenting a new KPI.
So, they also come up with various blueprints for utilizing big data through workshops. However, it is not easy to find new ideas for members who are receptive to existing data analysis and existing frameworks. So this project created two teams to compete against each other. Competition in all aspects and performance of the project will also affect the personnel evaluation of team members. The atmosphere of the project, which could be a little loose, motivates them to set up strategies to survive in the jungle and do their best in their respective tasks. Of course, the cost of the project will increase, but we expect to see good results. Each team has one champion in big data analysis and business application. They may or may not be leaders, but they have been set up for a fair game overall. Here's what the manager says. " I made a team of the best people in the organization when I was working on the project, but the result was a failure. The reason for this has been to see that the majority of the members of the organization fail to keep up with the project at the level of someone who is too good people. Proceed with the project so that you can exercise collective intelligence."
Now a blueprint for utilizing big data will be drawn. Looking forward to it.
